The intention in these trainings is to build capacity in participatory leadership broadly. Each year we pull together a team of practitioners who have already participated in several workshops, and who are stepping up to a higher level of practice. We also invite extraordinary people, from eg Sudan, who bring a depth of experience and a passion for rebuilding society. Our pricing structure is designed to enable these people to participate.

The following fees are for participation/tuition (including meals and refreshments). Accommodation is separate. (in Swiss Francs: chf)

Refund Policy
The tricky thing in preparing for an event is that all the planning depends upon the number of people who come. As a result, we are trying to get the clearest possible sense of attendance in order to prepare ourselves and the hotel without hindering attendance, and without incurring high fees for cancellations.

  • If you cancel your registration on or before 1 December, you will receive a full refund of all tuition charges minus a 200 CHF deposit.
  • If you cancel between the 2nd December and 1 February, you will receive 50% of your total fees.
  • From the 2nd of February we must charge full fee.
  • You may give your place to someone else without any surcharge.

After Registration
Once you have registered and completed payment, you will receive confirmation of your place on the training including three questions. We design the workshop based on your answers to these questions - help us meet your needs by submitting them!

Application deadline 26 February.
