The intention in these trainings is to build capacity in participatory leadership broadly. Each year we pull together a team of practitioners who have already participated in several workshops, and who are stepping up to a higher level of practice. We also invite extraordinary people, from eg Sudan, who bring a depth of experience and a passion for rebuilding society. Our pricing structure is designed to enable these people to participate.
The following fees are for participation/tuition (including meals and refreshments). Accommodation is separate. (in Swiss Francs: chf)

Meals and refreshments during the day are included in the fee.
The programme has been designed as a residential programme because experience has shown this considerably enhances the experience. As a result, we highly recommend you stay onsite – which is not only beautiful, but highly conducive to a rich experience.

- Extra drinks and use of hotel phone will be at individual’s charge
- We will make transportation available free of charge for transfers from/to Nyon station (no airport pick-ups!)

How do I pay?
You will be asked to complete the registration and payment to confirm your place at the training.

Registration is confirmed once the payment is received.
The tricky thing in preparing for an event is that all the planning depends upon the number of people who come. As a result, we are trying to get the clearest possible sense of attendance in order to prepare ourselves and the hotel without hindering attendance, and without incurring high fees for cancellations.
- If you cancel your registration on or before 1 December, you will receive a full refund of all tuition charges minus a 200 CHF deposit.
- If you cancel between the 2nd December and 1 February, you will receive 50% of your total fees.
- From the 2nd of February we must charge full fee.
- You may give your place to someone else without any surcharge.
Once you have registered and completed payment, you will receive confirmation of your place on the training including three questions. We design the workshop based on your answers to these questions - help us meet your needs by submitting them!
